About the Gravity Forms Chained Options Add-On

If you need a form field that updates the available options based on a previous selection, the Gravity Form Chained Select Add-On makes it easy.

Chain selection creates a step-by-step guided experience for users by dynamically narrowing choices as they move through the form.

For example, a user might first select a manufacturer from a drop-down column. Based on that selection, the next column displays only models from that manufacturer. Selecting Apple displays iPhone models, while selecting Samsung displays only Samsung devices.

Chained options are also ideal for location-based forms. When the user selects a state, the next field automatically limits the city selection to that state, keeping the selection accurate and relevant.

To speed up setup, you can import a CSV file that contains all the options available when creating chained selection fields, saving time and eliminating the need for manual entry.
