• Updated all “@remove-in 3.1” tags and some other messages about deprecating Ready Classes and Legacy Markup to 4.0.
• Updated the logic that determines whether updates – including for add-ons – can be installed automatically, to ensure compatibility with changes to the version numbering system.
• Updated the minimum WordPress version (for support) on the System Status page to 6.8.
• Fixed deprecation notice of the seemed_utf8() function in WordPress 6.9.
