Not just an internship – a launching pad

This summer, you’ll join a small group of interns who will work directly with our engineers, product teams, and founders. From day one, you’ll make a real impact on real products.

Over three months, you will:

• Collaborate between departments – Work with engineering, support, QA, and marketing to understand the overall product lifecycle.
• Solve meaningful problems – You’ll write code, ship features, and learn modern development practices.
• Learn from the best – Our team consists of experienced developers and leaders who have been building sustainable bootstrapped businesses for over the last 15 years.
• Develop your remote work skills – Experience what it’s like to contribute to a globally distributed team and build strong communication and collaboration habits that last a lifetime.

The road ahead

For the right candidate, a Rocketgenius Internship is just the beginning.

Outstanding apprentices may be invited to continue as Journeyman Engineers – a long-term, project-focused program that bridges the gap between apprenticeship and full-time employment.

Many of our previous interns have gone on to additional roles and even full-time positions at Rocketgenius.
